In cooperation with the American Woodcock Society, the Sandhills Pointing Breeds Club will offer an Introduction to Woodcock Hunting seminar (aka Women's Woodcock Workshop), to our female club members on January 3rd, 2026. The seminar is designed to introduce female dog handlers and new hunters to the unique experience of woodcock hunting. Please see the attached agenda for more information. Please register no later than December 12th, 2025. There will not be a fee for this event, but donations will be accepted. Please plan to leave your shotgun and dogs at home so that you can give your full attention to our instructors. More detailed information about what to expect on the day of the workshop will be distributed to registrants prior to the event. Feel free to email, text, or call me if you have any questions.
