The meeting was called to order by president Steve Smith. There were 26 members in attendance. The topics of discussion were – the recent prescribed burn of fields 5,6,7 & the north side of field 4. The burn also did a good job in the draws between the fields and it was discussed as to how to make the draws more usable. They are looking to work on the west side of field 2 which is wooded, to make it a larger field for training and Hunt tests. The county historical society is coming to look at the graveyard in field 4. There was a presentation by the new club house committee, giving us possible options and a time frame.
