The Club has planted a Long Leaf Pine sapling near the front gate in memory of Joe Stringer, long time SPBC member, Hunt Test and Field Trial Judge, dog and horse enthusiast and big personality. Joe died on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Ashwood Plantation Pointing Dogs Club Field Trial in Bishopville, SC. He was 68.
