Your gun dog will spend 95% of its time at home with you and your family and the other 5% in the field training or hunting. What it has learned at home is what it does in the field. If, in the field, your dog shows no impulse control, or ignores your commands and hunts for itself, then it is only continuing to do what it does at home.

Gretchen will show you how simple changes to how you take the dog in and out of the kennel, feed it, take it outside, walk it, and let it sleep will change your relationship with your dog.  After all, dogs are not human. Dogs want to be part of the pack; they are happier and more secure when submitting to the pack rules.

Dogs like to learn things and they like to do things they learned. It is fun. Gretchen will show you what can be done with 10 minutes a day at home to get a more cooperative hunter.
